Please note that the car parking at Springburn, Glasgow is managed by Smart Parking LTD. All motorists entering the car park agree to adhere to the advertised Terms and Conditions, these can be found detailed on the signage situated within the car parking area. The parking regime includes payment machines situated on 2 car parks whereby a ticket is required for the duration of stay on site further, there is a car park that offers a maximum stay of 3 hours and lastly 2 service yards which operate with a permit system whereby only authorised vehicles are allowed to use these areas. All of the mentioned car parks have ANPR cameras (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) which calculate from point of entry to point of exit. Please be advised that if you fail to comply with these terms, you may be issued with a Parking Charge Notice.
Should you wish to contest a Parking Charge Notice issued at Springburn Shopping Centre, please follow the appeals procedure which is detailed on the original correspondence. All appeals must be submitted to Smart Parking via the postal service, or online. For further information, please visit https://www.smartparking.com/. Further, you must submit an appeal within 28 days of the notice being issued. If the appeal is received within 14 days, the charge will be placed on hold at the initial discounted rate. Please note, it can take up to 35 days from the date the appeal is received for an outcome to be sent.
